Our

Services

PediaTrust is a full-service pediatric care organization, offering families everything from well-child visits to specialized services like behavioral health.

Well Child Visits

To keep your children healthy, it is important to bring them in for regular checkups. Our pediatric well visits are designed to support your child’s healthy growth and development at every stage. During each visit, our experienced clinicians perform a comprehensive physical exam, track developmental milestones, administer recommended immunizations, and answer any questions you may have. These routine checkups help detect potential concerns early while giving families the guidance and reassurance they need.

During your visit, we’re happy to complete any required school, sports, or camp forms for your convenience. We’re committed to partnering with you to keep your child healthy, happy, and thriving.

We recommend that you book via MyChart or call our offices as far in advance as possible so you may choose the date that best fits your needs.

Sick Visits

Kids don’t get sick on schedule. When they do, we offer same-day sick appointments so you can see one of our clinicians to evaluate and treat common childhood illnesses and concerns.

Back to School

PediaTrust helps you and your child start the new school year with confidence and stay on track for healthy development and proper growth. Our Back to School visits include a review of your child’s medical history, a complete exam that includes checking vision and hearing, and ensuring that all vaccinations are up to date so that your child meets school health requirements. For children involved in sports, these visits will help ensure they are ready for those programs. Annual Back to School visits are also an important part of your child’s overall health, helping to identify any potential health concerns early on. PCPA provides evidence-based short-term individual and family therapy, parent training, and comprehensive psychological assessments, and their therapists work closely with our pediatricians to provide integrated care. In-person appointments (including same day if available) are offered at select locations; virtual visits are also available. Schedule an appointment by calling 847-686-0090.

Sports Physicals

Kids love playing organized sports, and both parents and schools or leagues want those kids to be healthy enough to play. Vacation and Travel

Our travel clinic provides care to our patients who are traveling internationally and follow the best available recommendations for each travel destination. Families traveling internationally should consider visiting a travel clinic ideally one or two months before the planned departure. At this visit, you will obtain needed vaccinations, secure prescriptions for needed medications such as antimalarials and antibiotics, and learn about health safety and protection while traveling.

Vaccinations

Modern vaccines are safe and highly effective in preventing the contraction and spread of serious and life-threatening illnesses in children. They are essential to the commitment of every PediaTrust physician to protect our patients from disease. PediaTrust follows the vaccination schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), and your doctor will be happy to provide you with more information about the vaccines to be administered at each visit.

We require that all our patients receive all vaccinations recommended by the and on the AAP's recommended schedule. We will discuss alternate vaccine schedules for patients where such a schedule is medically necessary, but these schedules must meet AAP guidelines.

Because of the risk to your child and other patients, we will not agree to other altered or delayed schedules, which have no demonstrated safety or medical benefits. Families who choose to decline our vaccine policy will be asked to transfer their pediatric care to other providers.
