Dr. Bergman focuses on practicing proactive medicine. Her dedication to health education and preventive medicine means she has been able to help thousands of patients grow into healthy young adults over the years!

When she’s not seeing patients, Dr. Bergman loves to spend time with her husband, teenage son and daughter. She enjoys dancing, walking, musical theater, and finding new adventures. Dr. Bergman received her undergraduate degree in Biological Chemistry, Summa Cum Laude from Tulane University. She earned a Master's in Public Health in Community Health Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health and her medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine. Dr. Bergman also serves on the Buffalo Grove Health Commission.

What’s something you think people would be surprised to learn about you?
I haven’t performed in a musical since I had kids. I hope to change that!

This is not a unique answer - my family!

Just about anything that involves chocolate or cheese.
