Our Doctors
Dr. Ward has had the honor of caring for the patients of Premier Pediatrics since 2014. She combines her love of both the art and the science of medicine to ensure the children she works with are happy and well.
"I love watching children and families grow. It is such a privilege to help parents as they raise happy and healthy babies and see them month after month and year after year as they grow into children and young adults. The continuity we have with families is the highlight of the job."
Dr. Ward is passionate about educating parents on many topics. She has special interests in newborn health, including helping new moms with breastfeeding concerns. She also enjoys working with patients and their parents coping with food allergies and intolerances.
Outside of the office, Dr. Ward enjoys spending time with her husband and their three young children. She’s also an avid baker and knitter and loves arts and crafts projects both by herself and with her children. When she’s not buried in a good book, you’ll also find her rooting for her Fighting Irish during college football season!
Dr. Ward received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana. She went on to graduate from medical school at Georgetown University Medical School and completed her pediatrics residency training at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.
